Does the Red Brick House have a kitchen?
The Red Brick House has a place to prepare your food, however it does not come equipped with a stove or oven. There is space available to prepare your cold items or keeping you warm items using chaffing dishes.
Can we bring in food from home or do a potluck?
Of course! You and your guests are welcome to bring in your own food including homemade dishes!
Can I bring in outside catering?
Yes, you can have food delivered. It may be a good idea to have your caterers deliver the food in hot boxes to keep it warm for your special event.
Do I have to use your vendors?
No, you are encouraged to use any vendors you’d like. If you need suggestions we can help, but we encouraged you to work with vendors you’re comfortable with and trust.
What is your alcohol policy?
Alcohol served on the promises will be subject to State Law. We allow you to provide your guests with alcohol, however you are personally held liable for your guests, any damage to the building, drunk driving, underage drinking, etc. For this reason, most of our customers choose to hire an insured bartender so they are not held responsible.
Are we able to have both a wedding ceremony and the reception at the Red Brick House?
Yes. We can configure the Red Brick House, pergola, canopies and tents in any manner you’d like to accommodate your event! We have several options and configurations available, however, are happy to accommodate your requests!
What is the maximum number of people the Red Brick House can accommodate?
Large events will not need only be staged in the Red Brick House but in the event tent we will set up for you. The party tent and the Red Brick House can accommodate events up to 80 people!
Is there a bride’s room where we can get ready?
Yes! The bride’s room provides a great space to help you and your bridesmaid prepare for your grand entrance!
Can I decorate the Red Brick House for my event?
Of course! We encourage you to personalize the Red Brick House and everything else to give you memories of a life time! If you need some help with this, let us know. We’d be happy to give you some suggestions!
Do you offer payment plans?
A 50% deposit is required to schedule the Red Brick House and any items you may need to host your event. We’d be happy to schedule a payment plan for the second 50%. Payment in full is required prior the start of your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final, however, if you need to cancel and your event is more than 60 days away, we will refund your money in full! If your event is less than 30 days away and you need to cancel, we will issue you a Red Brick House credit. A Red Brick House credit is good for one year. Cancellations less than 30 days away will be non-refundable.
